At Riwaiti Rang, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you face any issue with your order, we offer a 7-day exchange policy.
Conditions for Exchange

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Once approved, we will guide you with the exchange process and shipping details.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If you need to exchange your parcel, please return it to the address mentioned on the slip of your received parcel; once we receive it, we will deliver you the correct dress.
- Our exchange policy states that the dress can only be exchanged within the same design you previously ordered. It cannot be exchanged for any other dress.
- After sending the parcel, you must share the slip with us via WhatsApp or email.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
